Youth Development Professional™

 The Youth Development Professional™ (YDP) certification recognizes professionals trained to work with young people using a positive development framework. YDPs operate across a range of settings including schools, community centers, and non-profit organizations, serving as mentors, educators, and advocates for the young people in their care.

Felisha holds this certification as a direct extension of her work with youth and families. Whether in a classroom, a program setting, or a leadership workshop, she brings the same standard of care and professional training that the YDP framework requires, meeting young people where they are and walking with them toward who they are becoming.
