Meet Felisha Hunter, founder of The CALM Leader™

Felisha Hunter is a leadership coach, speaker, and the founder of The CALM Leader™, on a mission to help individuals lead with focus, self-awareness, and a style that is completely their own.

Her approach is grounded in emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a deep belief that great leadership starts from within. She guides leaders to Connect, Acknowledge, Listen, and Model, living out her core philosophy:

With over 13 years in senior leadership at Teach One to Lead One®, Felisha currently serves as Global People Manager, building cultures where people feel seen, supported, and positioned to do their best work. She is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a Certified DISC Facilitator, and an Authorized Facilitator of Darkness to Light, among other certifications that reflect her commitment to people-centered leadership.

Beyond her professional work, Felisha is an ordained minister who leads the Women's Ministry at Mosaic Church in Mableton, GA. She also serves as Branch Director with Every Girl Shines™ and is the founder of I AM Girls™, where she pours into developing confident young leaders.
